The Overlook at Firestone
Homeowners Association is a small
association with less than 100 homes. Being
small, we are striving to be very community
minded, and are encouraging folks to get to
know their neighbors.
Management of the Association
was turned over to the homeowners from the
developer in 2005. We face many challenges
in the years ahead, and each challenge will
be overcome as the community works
together. These challenges range from
getting as many as possible involved in
regular meetings and social activities to
finding a way to develop the detention area
into a community park.
Active involvement in your
Association will help keep our property
values going up and give us all a sense of
living in a true community of caring
neighbors. Check out the home page

events! If you have any suggestions for the
